SWARM DISTRICT, transforms the design site into a new production polarity in the linz center. The project configures its morphology through a careful reading of the urban tissue, converting it into a new multifunctional district.

The theme of production is understood from a cultural point of view, confirming the vocation of the city of Linz, which has emerged as a European cultural pole in recent years. The project is linked to the theme of culture by offering itself as a satellite site for all the cultural events hosted by this city, offering both residential spaces and work spaces as well as spaces for the organization of collateral events.
